Phemo Moshi Mosweunyane

Phemo Moshi Mosweunyane is an attorney at Sebego Attorneys. He graduated with an L.L.B from the University of Botswana in October 2018 and is a duly admitted Attorney of the Courts of Botswana as well as a Notary Public and Conveyancer. Mr. Mosweunyane interned at Moribame Matthews whilst pursuing his L.L.B in 2017 where he attained foundational exposure in Corporate and Commercial Law. His duties at the time included drafting of legal documents, drafting of legal opinions, contract review and extensive legal research.

He began his pupillage at McBain Kaang Attorneys where he primarily focused on Insurance Law and Debt Collection. Mr. Mosweunyane later joined Kambai Attorneys and completed his pupillage there in December 2019. Whilst at Kambai Attorneys Mr. Mosweunyane worked on a wide range of matters in civil, labour, matrimonial and especially criminal matters, proving himself as not only well-rounded but capable attorney.
